During my athlete management course I learned a lot from my informational interviews. My interviews helped me to learn about sports management careers in many ways. It also helped me to gain a realistic and insider view of the industry, the roles, and the expectations. Plus it helped me to identify my strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement. I learned that Athlete management encompasses not just the handling of the data, but also the holistic oversight of an athlete's career, health, and development. It involves integrating data-driven insights with traditional methods of athlete care and development.
