Maikel Tsuji – Licensed FIFA Agent & Director of Soccer Operations at SMWW
Born and raised in Amsterdam, Maikel played professionally for eight years in the Netherlands, Spain, and the U.S., including time in the MLS. He holds a degree in Business Management from Hawaii Pacific University and is a licensed FIFA agent with extensive experience negotiating contracts in MLS, USL, the EPL, and leagues around the globe.

Maikel has helped hundreds of aspiring soccer agents launch their careers, and regularly travels internationally to consult with clients, clubs, and agents. He leads multiple SMWW courses, speaks at the SMWW Soccer Career Conference and MLS Draft Career Conference, and hosts the SMWW Meet & Greets at the Coachella Valley Invitational.

Mario Iveljic - FIFA-Licensed Agent | Attorney | Author | SMWW Success Story
Mario Iveljic is a FIFA-licensed soccer agent, attorney, author, and founder of Chicago-based Mag Mile Sport, a professional sports agency representing soccer players across the United States and internationally.

A graduate of Yale University, where he played Division I soccer, Mario combines his experience as an athlete with his legal expertise and passion for player representation.

Mario is a proud graduate of Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW), having completed both the Soccer Agent/Intermediary and Athlete Management certificate programs. Through SMWW, he studied player recruitment, contract negotiations, athlete representation, and the business of professional sports.

Dr. Lynn Lashbrook – SMWW Founder & President
Dr. Lashbrook has over 40 years of experience in the sports industry, including as an educator, athletic director, and NFL agent. He has represented more than 200 NFL athletes and currently manages the SMWW Agency, which includes over 400 agent advisors worldwide. His weekly Zoom classes emphasize real-world ethics, contracts, and career development for agents at every level.
